PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Mandatory instruction class for beginners to learn the fundamental movements and terminology of Group Fitness. Participants will learn the proper form, comfortable starting weight, and execution of each movement being performed in the regular classes.
Plyometric movements that use minimal equipment, with mostly body weight exercises and cardio components, executed throughout a circuit training format. This class is programmed with intervals of high-intensity which focus on increasing power output, speed, and agility.
I’ve visited boxes all around the country and this is one of the best. Their facility is nice, but most importantly, their trainers and knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!
