Aim Higher Fitness provides an optimal training experience within a family-friendly environment that is motivating, supportive, challenging, yet scalable and safe, for any individual of any fitness level.
Our training style prioritizes safety and injury prevention by enforcing the proper form, with the proper execution, of all movements. This allows our athletes to maximize their power output and minimize their energy consumption during the workouts, all while reducing the possibility of enhancing or creating injuries
Mandatory instruction class for beginners to learn the fundamental movements and terminology of CrossFit. Participants will learn the proper form, comfortable starting weight, and execution of each movement being performed in the regular CrossFit classes.
Plyometric movements that use minimal equipment, with mostly body weight exercises and cardio components, executed throughout a circuit training format. This class is programmed with intervals of high-intensity which focus on increasing power output, speed, and agility.
I’ve visited boxes all around the country and this is one of the best. Their facility is nice, but most importantly, their trainers and knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!
