Verification of capabilities, identify injuries and mobility preventions.
Core strength and conditioning program with classes divided into 3 sections: Warm-up, Skill, and WOD (Workout Of the Day). Workouts are based on constantly varied, functional movements, that are performed at a high-intensity, and universally scalable to all individual fitness levels.
Vinyasa Flow yoga practice where each movement is synchronized to a breath. Every class is different and focused to improve alignment, strength, and flexibility.
Self-defense martial arts training that is grappling-based to teach a smaller, weaker individual how to successfully take down and submit a bigger, stronger opponent.
Mandatory instruction class for beginners to learn the fundamental movements and terminology of CrossFit. This class is provided complimentary to new athletes but requires a reservation confirmation at least 24 hours in advance. Call or email to RSVP.
Plyometric movements that use minimal equipment, with mostly body weight exercises and cardio components, executed throughout a circuit training format. This class is programmed with intervals of high-intensity which focus on increasing power output, speed, and agility.
Emphasizes the proper form, technique, footwork and body mechanics of the two main Olympic Weightlifting (Oly WL) movements, which are the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
Combination of High Intensity Interval Training with full-body functional movements and rowing.
Self-defense fist training that teaches the terminology, proper foot placement, body positioning, and combination execution for a variation of boxing movements.
